Meet Our Leaders

Ariane Rasori

Ari is passionate about holistic and international health. With a background in pilates, nutrition and exercise science, Ari is dedicated to creating programs and courses that integrate health education and personal empowerment, while sharing her love for adventure and travel. She is the founder of MedTreks International, an organization that provides medical training and skills to nurses, students and community health workers. Ari Rasori is currently a nurse practitioner in the Emergency Department in Southern Oregon. She loves her job working with a wide spectrum of patients, but when she is not at work, you can usually find her on her road bike, picnicking in the park or playing in the mountains.

Erin O’Brien

Erin brings over a decade of experience teaching and leading experiential education, including yoga, holistic nutrition and organic gardening. Erin’s approach to yoga and food is non-authoritarian and inquiry-based. She completed a Masters degree in Education and has received over 500 hours of advanced training in yoga. She teaches a dynamic and skillful Vinyasa Flow, Self-Awakening Yoga Therapeutics, Restorative Yoga, and offers one-on-one Yoga + Bodywork sessions. You can find her teaching regularly in Sonoma County, CA. When she is not working, you can find her out at the ocean, hiking, adventuring locally and afar, or enjoying her garden.
